Trade Partna handles the information needed to create and secure your account, connect supported trading accounts, deliver copy-trading workflows, and provide journal and analytics features.
Trading data
Trading credentials and account data are used to provide the requested service. We do not sell your trading data or use it to provide investment advice.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encryption, and service monitoring appropriate to the information we process. Account and trading data is kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months afterwards to meet legal, tax, and dispute-resolution obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Website analytics data is kept for a maximum of 14 months.
Cookies and analytics
We use privacy-friendly website analytics and, only with your consent via the cookie banner, Google Analytics. You can withdraw consent at any time with the Cookie settings button in the footer. This action re-opens the consent banner so you can change your choice. You can also clear this site's storage in your browser settings.
Choices and requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information at support@tradepartna.com. We respond within 30 days.
